All services are provided under a monthly recurring model unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information

   

• Granting timely access to required accounts (e.g., website, Google Business Profile)

   

• Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within the specified time frame

   

• Making payments on time as per the agreed schedule

   

Delays in providing necessary information may impact the delivery timeline.

3. Payment Terms

• All services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed upon.

   

• Invoices must be paid in full prior to service activation or renewal.

   

• Late or failed payments may result in a temporary pause in services.

   

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ prior notice.

   

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. Because our work involves strategic planning and delivery of custom services, no refunds are issued for the current or past billing cycles once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, strategies, and assets created by RankLocalHQ as part of service delivery remain the property of RankLocalHQ until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted non-exclusive rights to use deliverables.

Our website and its original content, design, branding, and materials are the property of RankLocalHQ and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

RankLocalHQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. While we use best practices to improve search visibility, we do not guarantee specific rankings or outcomes due to the nature of search engine algorithms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Google, hosting providers, directories). RankLocalHQ is not responsible for downtime, errors, or changes in policies by these platforms.
