1. No Refunds on Digital Services

Due to the nature of our work — which includes strategy planning, content creation, optimization, and reporting — all payments made to RankLocalHQ are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started and services have commenced.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Google Business Profile optimization

     

  • SEO audits and keyword research

     

  • Content or citation creation

     

  • Website SEO work

     

  • Monthly service packages

     

2. Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time with written notice. However, cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Work already completed or in progress during the current cycle will not be refunded.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the invoice so we can promptly review and resolve the issue.
